You are in the RIGHT PLACE if you’ve ever felt…

  • Rushed through your appointments, without getting all your concerns answered

  • Told your labs were "normal," but you still didn't feel well

  • That your concerns were brushed aside, or that you were sent to one specialist after another

  • Unable to see your own doctor for weeks—and then the visit felt too short

  • Like you couldn't get a call or message answered in a reasonable time

  • Tired of seeing a different provider every time, and telling your story over and over

  • Ready for that rarity: a doctor who knows you, is easy to reach, and will take the time to work with you on your health—especially in midlife

WELCOME TO ANCHOR PRIMARY CARE

I’m Dr. Maheswari Raja

A double board-certified physician in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine, a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, a mother and wife.

Stability, reliability, and presence have always shaped how I think about patient care—what it means to feel grounded and supported by a doctor you can truly count on.

It's the idea my practice is named for. At Anchor Primary Care, I hope to offer patients that steadiness: care that is thoughtful, personal, and rooted in trust.

My goal is to create a space where women and families feel supported not only in their health, but in the full lives they are carrying every day.
