DPC Program Disclosure

The provision of Direct Primary Care medical services by the practice is not subject to regulation by the Texas Department of Insurance; it is NOT a contract for health or accident insurance and does not provide healthcare or accident coverage. It only covers the services described in the DPC Program Agreement. Patients should obtain or maintain health insurance policies that cover general healthcare costs.

Content and Conduct Rules
