Immigration Physicals (USCIS Form I-693)

As a USCIS-designated Civil Surgeon, Dr. Raja performs the medical exam required for your green card or adjustment-of-status application. This is a one-time, federally required exam—not ongoing medical care—and it does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. To schedule, please call the clinic.

Visitor Program

This program was born from a personal place. When my own parents visited from abroad, I saw how much quiet health anxiety they carried—real concerns they didn't want to burden anyone with, and worries about what care might cost in an unfamiliar system. I wanted there to be a place where visitors like them could sit down with a doctor, talk through what's worrying them, and feel cared for without fear of the cost.
